“Jonathan and I met through a community group at our church. He was looking for someone to partner on this idea of The Integrated and as we started talking about his vision, I felt a strong desire to help. Our team was born.

“The Integrated serves young adults, ages 18-26, and it’s really about ‘finding your true identity, finding yourself, loving yourself, knowing who you’re meant to be and living with meaning.’ It’s about moving beyond the relationships we have, the money we’re making, or worrying how good we look in our yoga pants.

“Our tagline is ‘getting it together,’ but with the understanding that we’re never going to fully have it all together. If we fail, it doesn’t make us failures. It’s having that perspective shift of, ‘I don’t need to have it all together to be brave; to start taking action, right now. I’m already ready to step into the risk of the unknown.’ We want to encourage young adults to follow wherever their hearts are leading them, and they can learn as they go.

“Through our program, we meet weekly for open discussions, host workshops, bring in experts covering topics of interest – spiritually, personally, emotionally, professionally, and financially – with the hope of helping people discover self-awareness and self-love.

“From that place, once you have that strong foundation, all the other things are possible.”
